WORLD ARMY OF SOCIAL OBSERVERS

  • Observing the social acts of the general population and government practices is of paramount importance for drawing conclusions on the social and humanitarian status of each country. A world army of social observers could do this, ONLY observe and report to the parent organization, at the minimal cost of a couple of dollars/euros per person.

More or less the population density is about  1000 people per square kilometer (0.4 of a square mile), so an observer will be aware of almost everything happening at distances of 500 meters or less if one observer was placed on each square kilometer.

So then the world army of social observers must be comprised of 1/000th the world's population, recruited from EVERY country at 1/1000th its population, off course. They must be distributed on each country at 1/1000th of its population but composed of observers from each and all OTHER countries.

Since they will ONLY observe and privately report they will not create direct opposition with the locals, which is very important, and the data collected and reported will be THE VALUABLE source for the world organizations to judge when first, things are turning bad and second and most importantly to suggest actions before atrocities start.

Eventually a world military army,  of 1/1000th the world's military armies, could be created to act instantaneously, based on conclusions on the reports collected, to stop the atrocities or wars or civil unrests and punish the ones to be blamed, taking orders from a world court of social justice,as the executive decision taking body.
