A Bit of Each on A Lot



Who says that the human being must be left to live in misery, even those who are not as capable, in our technological era of extremely easy production methods of goods and services.

I needed to set my goal, its fulfilling, NO PERSON must have MONTHLY income of less than the equivalent of 100 kg (220 lbs) of mean quality red meat per month by 2030. (In all 70 top countries, and from there on, for the rest.)

How would you feel if you didn't want to, but your home country moved to another continent because the proponents won the referendum with 51% vs 49% ?
This "dramatic" case was purposely chosen to underline the schizophrenic attitude of some to take major decisions when half the people want something and the other half don't. It's against social coherence, the half that "loses" most of the times has the means to sabotage the other half that "wins" . Even the half hearted participation is a drawback.
When the human kind will change thinking course (become smarter ?) and learn to define all issues that require decisions in a way that it's not one or the other. (But also everything in between ? For some cases.)
I, personally, don't know how to do this in cases like: should we become a member to an organization or not, for example. Still though I was saying, I am saying and I will be saying that when half want and half don't, IT'S NO DECISION.
How our minds must evolve to avoid such misgivings

I WAS THINKING AND SAYING........WILL IT HAPPEN
Commercial cargo ships must be composed of two parts. The hull and the superstructure.
THE SUPERSTRUCTURE MUST BE A SEPARATE FLOATING STRUCTURE "SITTING" ON THE HULL, BUT NOT FIRMLY CONNECTED.
Most of the ship's personnel are there when ships sink. It is very difficult for passenger ships, but not impossible.

In economy the point is: are the sellers selling 1,000,000 pieces for a net profit of a dollar/euro on each, to make their 1,000,000 total profit or 2,000,000 pieces for a net profit of half dollar/euro per piece to take home 1,000,000 dollar/euro again.

I spit (excuse my language) on anyone and everyone who says for something that has to do with the health of a human being, that it's expensive. Changes must take place and everything if necessary must change so that it won't be expensive.

Mass better be conserved.


I haven't seen any experiments to monitor mass as a living organism grows, doing the accounting on everything going in versus everything going out. Although kittens, puppies and eggs hatched to chicks could be used (let's stay away from babies) it's better to go with the 'simpler' example of a seed growing to a full plant, like tomato. In about 75 days, at the most, it will be fully grown and have ready to peek tomatos too. So a seed of sub-gram weight will be transformed to the plant of considerable weight, having drawn nutrients from the soil and using water.
One of THE two principles will be "put to test', for, let's say mental satisfaction, if done, the cost would've been low any way. 
In a 'clean room' (dust eliminated), in an air tight glass chamber, the soil with a seed and all necessary water will be enclosed and placed on a scale.(balance) There must be enough air too at the right composition. (If necessary compressed air will be stored in the chamber, in light plastic sacks and released as needed, as well as a pump to draw the 'used' air in to a separate locked plastic sack/compartment.) So theoretically it's easy, the scale must continuously point exactly the same weight, but to the best of my knowledge there is no scale to measure weights  around 100 kg (220 lbs) with an accuracy (divisions) of μgram. (Not to mention atomic mass units: prohibited)
WE NEED ACCURACY OF MICROGRAM, to convince our selves that we did something.
How can this be done. With multiple analytical scales ? (1000 ?, 2000 ? They have accuracy of sub-mgram but to a max of 150-200 gr, I think)  In my opinion this method is preferable, in comparison to the methods of measuring water in (easy), soil reduction, plant weight etc etc separately. 
HOW TO DO THIS ?
What can be done with microorganisms, how useful will it be to address this implied question.

From an all exams to an all projects oriented educational system for better learning.

The majority of students study for the exams and just before the exams. At the most they will do some homework during the term, if it counts significantly for the grade. (Most of the time though, only 10% in college.) This is not the best way to add knowledge, that is studying the day before the examinations under pressure, doesn't function very well for learning sufficiently in depth, we must admit.
Wouldn't be better for learning, to continuously work on (creative) project assignments, (that require critical thinking) so studying will spread smoothly along the term, without being left for the day  before the testing, with the main objective of studying to be: "Let's ' pass' the exam, nothing else counts now". In a way it will resemble open book exams but a lot more enhanced in the content requirements. You don't need to memorize, you need to comprehend, study with "critical" mind. 
When you go to work, you don't work with what you (forcibly) memorized (most all it's gone anyway) you can use  among them only what you learned in depth how to use, and most importantly procedures to accomplish tasks for applications, not dates, unecessary names and formulas, all references/books will be available.  Also very important is to learn how to work on the subject, and know how and where to find more, to be so aquanted with the subject, that'll be able to find your way around new knowledge on it, as required, without an instructor, (he's gone)
But then how the system will be secured against cheating. Projects usually is work that require time and can't be done in class, can't keep the students in there for, say, two days, maybe hours at the most.
Do the educational system designers and administrators, who grew up and excelled (that's why they were chosen for positions to dictate policy and decide for others) in this system, understand the subject and know so much more than us, for their judgment to be correct and conserve for a century (since education was spread to the masses) the general frame in education.
In antiquity Plato, Aristotle and Euclid were teaching and testing their students differently in their academies.

THE DISTINCTIVE DIFFERENCE


The people of the political left do not want the system to create rich. "They are economic rulers"  
The ones of the right on the other hand want people in need, poor to be cheap labor.  "Easily taken advantaged of"
When they become government they plan their policies accordingly. 


If the people of the left think that I'm on the right and people of the right think that I'm on the left, I know that I'm on the right track.
