Beautiful numbers that prove that the bottom 50% of the people, easily can have higher income.
INTERDEPENDENCE PRINCIPLE and GOLDEN RATIO vs SUPPLY and DEMAND PRINCIPLE
Beautiful numbers of economic value that prove some points of humanitarian value, and also prove the actuality of easily doubling income for the people at the bottom 50%.
Observations on the Income Data Reported.
The top 10% reported a total of 4,143 trillion in income and paid 860 billion in taxes, for a net of 3,300 trillion, and the bottom 50%, 1.038 trillion in income and paid almost no taxes.
So if 1/4 of the gross income (or 1/3 of the net income) of the top 10% was magically transferred to the bottom 50% IT WOULD'VE DOUBLED THEIR INCOME. We're taking DOUBLE, it's not some 10-20-50%, IT WOULD'VE DOUBLED THEIR INCOME.
An EXCESS, the excess 1/4 gross income of the top 10%, that ends up to them because they keep for themselves, in my humble opinion, more than they should and deserve, using as measure for the distribution of wealth produced, consciously or unconsciously, the famous "principle of supply and demand", if 'given away' can be even regarded as life saving for the people in the lower tiers of income
On the example of the income of top tier athletes, signing 5-year, 100 million contracts, because of the supply and demand principle off course, (many teams want them and raise their value) 20 millions a year is a lot of money. In the same team there are other good players that are paid half or 1/3 this money, aaaaaand there are other 'poor' guys that are paid about one million. Everybody accepts that the great and magnificent must be paid 20 million a year, but that's how inequalities start. In other and almost all fields of economic activities, similarly, the employers/owners divide and distribute the produced wealth in a way that creates HIGHLY uneven incomes, keeping for themselves more than they deserve.

The brain/mind always looks for biological balance to settle to the wellbeing state. Although not a neuroscientist, in my opinion processes leading to feelings and behaviors must have one 'judging' biological 'mechanism' on purely neurological entities to which all sort of incoming signals, visual and auditory and inwards generated thoughts, are transformed and settled. So if the golden ratio provides smooth visuals (and sounds) that are settling the mind to welfare, so may do, for naturally accepted abstract thoughts, as they are judged, sorted out, transformed and settled.
So since nobody can convince anybody how to divide and distribute the produced wealth, except by the method of taking socially and economically advantage of the ones in weaker position that are plentifully supplied and are not in demand, such scale can limit the acquisition of excess wealth by some, as in the case of economic atrocity of a company which in recent years made 400,000 profit PER EMPLOYEE. These profits ended up to people who didn't deserve this much.
Now, one that has such thoughts, can sit and relax to enjoy that, that the economic stupidity of some, might create to lead humanity to dangerous socio-economic situations and roll back the progress of civilization and of humanity as whole, while scientific and technological progress tends to lead all and everything up and forward.
P.S. The mind and its brain (patterns).
If the ratio of the sides of a box is 1.618, it's drawn using the golden ratio. Compared with others drawn at other ratios it is regarded as more pleasant to the mind. (It's true if applied to music too) Signals from sensible perceptions are arranged in neurological patterns in the brain, they are transformed and settled as neuronal connections. One may say then, that the golden ratio created neurological patterns that brought the brain to the chemical balance of the welfare state. This neurological arrangement must be universal for the brain, anything that arranges neuronal connections in this pattern must have the same effect: Balances the brain to the same state of welfare. So when the mind searches for a way to divide something and nothing is bringing its brain (the brain is the hardware of the mind) to an electrochemical balance of welfare, the golden ratio must.
